About Us

Registered under the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and headquartered in Prague, EUCT was established to promote international cooperation and exchange, with a particular focus on education, technology, innovation, and cultural collaboration.

The organisation aims to connect Central and Eastern Europe with global partners, fostering dialogue and cooperation across countries, sectors, and communities.

EUCT’s purpose is to contribute to stronger international partnerships through cooperation in education, science, technology, economy, culture, and sustainable development, including areas such as green technologies, renewable energy, resource management, and socially responsible innovation.

The association promotes exchange and collaboration between enterprises, educational institutions, organisations, and community groups, while supporting communication with local authorities and public stakeholders. EUCT provides its members and partners with access to information, capacity-building activities, training opportunities, and collaborative platforms that encourage responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices.

EUCT in European Cooperation Projects

Through participation in European cooperation initiatives, EUCT aims to contribute to the development, piloting, and local adaptation of innovative educational and community-based approaches.

EUCT also plans to contribute to field-level data collection and analysis, following strict ethical standards and GDPR-compliant procedures, including informed consent, anonymisation, and aggregated reporting.

In addition, EUCT intends to support dissemination, stakeholder dialogue, and local uptake, working with adult education providers, community organisations, and local decision-makers to encourage sustainable impact beyond the project lifecycle.

Petr Pánek

Petr Pánek

Petr Pánek is the Chairman of EUCT, contributing to the organisation’s strategic direction, governance, and long-term development.

He is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within highly competitive technology markets across Central and Eastern Europe. He has held senior roles in internationally recognised technology companies, including Autodesk, Blackboard, LG Electronics, and McAfee.

In 2015, he founded Cenový automat, a company providing technology-driven solutions for the e-commerce sector, including dynamic pricing and marketing automation across Central and Eastern European markets.

Within EUCT, he supports the organisation’s mission by contributing expertise in technology innovation, digital strategy, and cross-sector cooperation, helping to strengthen links between industry, education, and international partners.

Juan Du

Juan Du

Juan Du is the vice chair of EUCT, contributing to the organisation’s work in international cooperation, external relations, and partnership development.

She brings over 20 years of experience in international tourism and cross-border cooperation, with a strong background in supporting international delegations, conferences, and high-level events.

A graduate of Beijing International Studies University, she founded Great Wall Travel Service (Star Union s.r.o.) in 2006 in the Czech Republic. Through this work, she has supported and coordinated services for more than 1,000 international delegations, building long-term relationships with partners across Europe and Asia.

Within EUCT, she supports international networking, stakeholder engagement, and cooperation between organisations, contributing to the association’s mission to strengthen cross-cultural exchange and international collaboration.

Talib Ujjainwala

Talib Ujjainwala

Talib Ujjainwala is a Board Member of EUCT, contributing to the organisation’s work through strategic insight, cross-sector experience, and advisory support.

He is an entrepreneur and business strategist with extensive experience in business development, consultancy, and organisational growth across multiple sectors, including hospitality, education, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, e-commerce, and real estate.

Based in Prague, he is the Founder and CEO of Dreamz Unlimited s.r.o., where he works on the development of innovative business concepts and long-term value creation. He also serves as a board advisor to both non-profit and for-profit organisations and has supported start-ups and growing enterprises across different international contexts.

Within EUCT, he contributes a business and innovation perspective, supporting sustainable organisational development, partnership thinking, and cross-sector cooperation aligned with the association’s mission.

Smriti Vasistha

Smriti Vasistha

Smriti Vasistha is an Executive Member of EUCT, contributing to the organisation’s strategic development, educational vision, and participation in European cooperation initiatives.

With extensive experience in adult education, teacher training, and the design of inclusive learning programmes, she supports EUCT’s work in developing and coordinating education-focused activities within international and EU-funded projects.

Her role includes contributing to programme design, quality assurance, partnership development, and alignment with European education priorities, with particular attention to inclusion, accessibility, and ethical practice.

Through collaboration with international partners, community organisations, and education providers, she supports EUCT’s mission to strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange across Central and Eastern Europe.

Sino-Euro SME Cooperation Conference

We would like to invite you to join in the Sino-Euro SME Cooperation Conference under the Second China-CEEC SME Cooperation Forum, sponsored by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and People’s Government of Hebei Province.

The conference mainly focus on environmental protection, automobile industry, intelligent robot, motor-home, agricultural products processing, technological achievements transformation, cross-border trade, medical equipment, science and technology, and we also keep open to other foreign cooperations.
